Can I buy online and pickup my order in-store?

Buy online, pickup in-store is now available at all Boyne Country Sports store locations. To place an in-store pickup order we recommend logging into your account by clicking the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of our website. This allows you to experience the full benefits of membership such as order history, earning rewards and more. When you've selected the item(s), you'd like to purchase, click the desired size and color variant (if applicable) and click the add to cart button.

Next select “Your preferred store”. If the item is not available at your preferred store, you will see a message highlighted in red stating that the product selected is not available for pickup at this location. You have the option to choose another location if the desired item is unavailable at your preferred location or place a shipping order.

Please note that shipping & store pickup orders cannot be placed simultaneously. If you are attempting to place a multi-item order and both items are not available at your preferred store, you will have to place the orders separately. Only one pickup location can be selected per transaction.

Step-by-step Instructions

1. When ready to checkout, please click the "review and checkout" button in the flyout menu or click the bag icon in the upper right-hand corner. Both will lead to the shopping cart page.
2. The shopping cart page will give you an overview of items added to the cart and give you the opportunity to adjust quantities, add new items, remove items or Pay with Points (if eligible). It will also allow you to confirm the Preferred Store selected for pickup. When ready to purchase please click the "Continue to Checkout" button.
3. On the checkout information page, you can Express checkout with Shop Pay, Google Pay or Meta Pay by clicking the appropriate icon. If you prefer to pay via credit card, debit, gift card or reward card please enter your contact email and select whether you'd like to receive marketing emails.
4. In the Delivery Method section select Pick Up (do not select Ship unless you'd prefer to have your order shipped) and choose your preferred pickup location. *If your preferred pickup location is not available at this step the item is not available at that location. Pickup locations with available inventory will be ordered by distance.
5. Before entering payment, Boyne gift or Reward cards can be used at this step by entering the 16-digit number (starting with 308) in the "Boyne Gift or Reward Card" field. Click apply and a message will appear with the total balance that can be applied towards the purchase. **Please note this field will not be available if you are logged into your Shop Pay account.
6. If a balance remains or the gift card doesn't apply, please enter your credit card information in the Payment section.
7. Next enter the billing address registered to the credit/debit card being used. You can also click "Remember Me" to check out faster in the future.
8. When you've finished entering all the necessary information click "Pay Now" at the bottom of the page.

When the transaction has successfully processed you will see an order confirmation page open on your screen. Please review to make sure everything is accurate.
