How can I track my order?

We offer several ways to track your order progress. If you supplied an email address at the time of purchase, you will receive detailed notifications via email when your order has shipped and upon delivery. The shipping confirmation notification will contain detailed information about your shipment, including the ship date, estimated arrival date, carrier, service and tracking details. Please click on the tracking number to see detailed shipping updates provided by UPS. You can also track your shipments progress at https://ups.com/track. We recommend subscribing to tracking updates via email to stay informed through the delivery process.

If you placed an in-store pickup order and supplied your email address at the time of purchase, you will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not drive to the store until you have received the "ready for pickup" confirmation email. It can take up to 24 hours for in-store pickup orders to be fully processed.

You also have the option to view your tracking information via the order confirmation page that populated immediately after placing your order. Members can view their purchase history and tracking information by logging into their account.

If you’d like to have your order held at a physical UPS pickup location, please let us know. In most circumstances, we can set that up for you at no extra charge.
