He brings in the world's first chairlift from Sun Valley, piece by piece, and builds what would become Boyne Mountain. It wasn't just audacious. It was revolutionary.
That same pioneering spirit that built Boyne Mountain runs through the DNA of Boyne Country Sports. We started as a small independent shop right there on the mountain in the 1950s, officially founding in 1979, because Everett understood something fundamental: great adventures require great gear, and great gear requires people who truly understand the mountain.
