Can I change or cancel my recent order?
Orders are generally processed, prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. Requesting an order cancellation or adjustment after the order has been processed is time sensitive. Generally speaking we can only alter orders that have yet to begin the fulfillment process. However, orders can be updated as long as they have not been picked up by the carrier. Carrier pick up and processing times vary by location so update windows can vary significantly. We do our best to expedite changes or cancellation requests made prior to order fulfillment.
We cannot guarantee changes to, or cancellations of, expedited orders or those currently in the shipping stage of the fulfillment process. However, you may still be able cancel your order if it has not been picked up by the shipping carrier. In the event that an order update or cancellation request is made after your product has shipped, you do have the option to recall or redirect the shipment to a new address for a small fee. If you need to change or cancel your order, we recommend contacting our customer service team as quickly as possible to avoid any issues.
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible. Funds will be returned to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please contact our customer service team with questions or visit our Help Center for additional support.
