When can I expect my order to ship?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment. Generally, most orders are shipped within 24 hours. However, in some cases item(s) may be fulfilled from remote resort locations and may take longer to fulfill. Our customer service team can provide you with an estimated shipping & handling time if you provide us with a shipping destination zip code and the item(s) you are interested in purchasing.
All orders $50.00 or more are shipped via UPS Ground for free. We do charge $8.00 for standard UPS Ground shipping on orders valued $49.99 and under. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout:
- $8 for UPS Ground - 2-5 business day delivery
- $40 for UPS 2nd Day - 2 business day delivery
- $75 for Overnight - 1 business day delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification confirmation via email with tracking details. Members can access their shipping status by logging into your account. Detailed information can be found on our shipping policy page.
