What is your return policy?
Thank you for choosing Boyne Country Sports for your winter sport’s needs. We're dedicated to ensuring that every purchase enhances your passion for the great outdoors. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, and we're here to assist with an easy return process. As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we gladly accept returns of unused items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Boyne Country Sports reserves the right to decline a return request for item(s) that are not in a condition deemed acceptable.
How to Start Your Return
Option 1: Self-Service Portal (Recommended)
For the fastest and most convenient return, we recommend using our online Self-Service Portal.
1. If you were logged into your account at the time of purchase, login to your account at https://boynecountrysports.com/account.
2. If you placed a guest purchase, please locate your order confirmation email and select View Order. You will need to create a free account by providing the email address associated with your order.
3. Once logged in, go to your Order History.
4. Find the order you wish to return and click "Request Return."
5. Select the item(s) you are returning, a return reason, and submit your request.
If your return is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Shipping Fees
Our self-service portal provides a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. While this label is provided at no upfront cost, a return shipping fee based on the product(s) being returned will be deducted from your total refund amount. The fee is determined by the product type and weight, as outlined below:

Option 2: Ship On Your Own
You may also choose to ship your return to us using your own preferred carrier. In this case, you will be responsible for the full cost of return shipping. If you choose this option, please email our team at returns@boynecountrysports.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. We do not charge restocking fees.
Refund Processing
Our team will process your return within 7-10 business days of the item(s) receipt. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. If an email address was supplied at the time of purchase, you will receive a refund confirmation notification via email.
Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to post back to the original method of payment. If BoyneRewards were applied to your order, the points will be posted back to your account and available for use within 24 hours.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, our system is not set up to accept exchanges at this time; you will need to process a new transaction for the desired item(s) while the refund is issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order in detail upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing parts or does not match our advertisement. Our customer service team will ensure that any issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain product categories cannot be returned, including:
• Swimwear & Intimates - for hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear is not eligible for return or exchange. Please ensure you select the correct size and style before completing checkout. All swimwear purchases are final.
• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
• Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
• Gift Cards - Boyne Resorts & Boyne Country Sports gift cards are non-returnable
• Returns from the above categories will not be accepted. All sales are final.
In-Store Returns
You also have the convenience of returning your online order to your local Boyne Country Sports store. Please make sure the item(s) includes original tags, original packaging, and/or accessories. You will also need a copy of your invoice, packing slip or order confirmation to process your return.
