How do I place an order?

Having trouble placing an order? The instructions below will walk you through how to place an order. First we recommend logging into your account by clicking the profile icon in the upper right hand corner of our website. This allows you to experience the full benefits of membership such as order history, earning rewards and shipment tracking. Below are step-by-step instructions for placing an order with us.

  1. When viewing the desired product, please select the appropriate size and color options then click the "add to cart" button.
  2. When you are ready to checkout please click the ""review and checkout"" button in the flyout menu or click the bag icon in the upper right hand corner.
  3. The shopping cart page will give you an overview of item(s) in your cart and the opportunity to adjust quantities, add/remove item(s) or Pay with Points (if eligible). You can also utilize the Shop Pay application for a quick checkout or apply for installment payment options. When ready to proceed with your purchase, please click the "continue to checkout" button to move into the checkout flow.
  4. On the checkout information page you can Express checkout with Shop Pay, Google Pay or Meta Pay by clicking the appropriate icon. If you prefer to pay via credit card, debit, gift card or reward cart please enter you contact email, select whether you'd like to receive marketing emails and enter your shipping address in the appropriate fields. On the right side of the page a Discount or Promo code can be input and applied. Please do not enter a gift or BoyneReward card into this field. That option will be explained in the following steps. When ready click "continue to shipping" at the bottom of the page.
  5. Verify that your contact email and ship to address are correct and select a shipping method. Click "Continue to Payment" when ready.
  6. Before entering payment info, Boyne gift cards can be used at this step by entering the 12 digit number starting with 308 in the Boyne Gift Card field. Click apply and a message will appear with the total balance that can be applied to the balance due. If a balance remains or the gift card doesn't apply please enter your credit card information in the Payment section.   
  7. Next enter your billing address for the credit/debit card being used. You can also click "Remember Me" to checkout faster in the future. When you've finished entering all the necessary information click ""Pay Now"" at the bottom of the page.
When the transaction successfully processes you will see an order confirmation page open on your screen. Please review to make sure everything is accurate. If you notice any issues please contact our customer service team immediately.
