Can I pickup my order in-store?
We are pleased to offer an in-store pickup option at the majority of our retail locations. This service allows you to shop online from the comfort of your home and pick up your item(s) at a store near you. Here’s how you can take advantage of this service:
Buy Online, Pickup In-Store Process
First, we recommend logging into your account by clicking the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of our website. This allows you to experience the full benefits of membership such as order history, earning rewards and more. When you've selected the item(s) you'd like to purchase select the desired size and color variation (if applicable) and click the Add to Cart button.
Next select your preferred store. If the item is not available at your preferred store, you will see a message highlighted in red stating that the product selected is Not available for pickup at this location. You have the option to choose another location if the desired item is unavailable or you can proceed with placing a shipping order.
** Please note: shipping & store pickup orders cannot be placed simultaneously. If you are attempting to place a multi-item order and the items are not available at your preferred store, you will have to place the orders separately. Only one pickup location can be selected per transaction.
- When ready to checkout, please click the review and checkout button in the flyout menu or click the bag icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Both will link to the shopping cart page.
- The shopping cart page will give you an overview of item(s) added to the cart and give you the opportunity to adjust quantities, add or remove item(s) or pay with BoyneRewards points (if eligible). It will also allow you to confirm the Preferred Store location for pick up. When ready to purchase please click the "continue to checkout" button to move on to the checkout process.
- On the checkout information page, you can Express checkout with Shop Pay, Google Pay or Meta Pay by clicking the corresponding icon. If you prefer to pay via credit, debit, gift card or Reward card please enter your contact email and select whether you'd like to receive marketing information. We recommend this option to ensure you are always up-to-date on our latest news and promotions.
- Select your desired Delivery Method by clicking “Pick up” under the delivery method selection and verify your preferred pickup location. *If your preferred pickup location is not available at this step, the item is not available at the selected location. Pickup locations with available inventory will be ordered by proximity under the Delivery Method selection box.
- Before entering payment information, Boyne Gift or Reward cards can be used at this step (if applicable) by entering the 16-digit Reward Card number (starting with 308) in the "Boyne Gift or Reward Card" field. Click Apply and a message will appear with the total balance available. **please note this field will not be available if you are logged into your Shop Pay account.
- If a balance remains or the gift card doesn't apply a value, please enter your preferred method of payment information in the Payment section.
- Next enter the billing address registered to the preferred method of payment being used. You can also click "Remember Me" to check out faster in the future.
- When you've finished entering all the necessary information, click "Pay Now" at the bottom of the page.
When the transaction has successfully processed you will see an order confirmation page populate on your screen. Please review the confirmation to make sure your order information is accurate. You will also receive a confirmation via email if you supplied an email address during checkout. It can take up to 24 hours for your order to be processed and made ready for pickup. Do not drive up to the store until you receive your follow-up "Order Ready for Pickup" email confirmation. Show your order confirmation to the associate at the counter upon arrival to complete your pickup.
