If you do not see points reflected in your account 24 hours after your purchase, please complete the Claim a Receipt for online to submit missing receipts. Claims are excepted within six months from the date of purchase.

Our teams are standing by to assist Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. Inquiries submitted over the weekend will be resolved the following Monday.
