Can I change my shipping method after ordering?
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. We can expedite cancellation and shipping method change requests made prior to order fulfillment. However, once the order has been picked up by the carrier, we are unable to alter the method of shipment (selected service i.e.. UPS Ground, 2nd Day, etc.). Please contact our customer service team as soon after placing the order as possible. The quicker our team is able to make the requested change the less likely the order has shipped.
We cannot guarantee cancellation or shipping method change requests for expedited orders or those currently in the shipping stage of fulfillment. However, you may still alter or cancel your order if it has not been picked up by the shipping carrier. In the event a cancellation is requested after your product has shipped, you do have the option to recall the shipment for a small fee. If you need to adjust or cancel your order, we recommend contacting our customer service team as quickly as possible to avoid issues.
