Where is my refund?
Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days of the item(s) receipt of your return. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. Once approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. If an email address was supplied at the time of purchase, you will receive a refund confirmation notification via email.
It can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to post back to the original method of payment. If BoyneRewards or Boyne gift cards were applied to your order, the Reward points will be posted back to your account and available for use again the following day.
