What is your return policy?
We are dedicated to ensuring that every purchase enhances your passion for the great outdoors. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, we are here to assist with an easy and seamless return process.
As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we gladly accept returns of unused items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Our return process:
To start a return and obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please reach out to us by emailing customerservice@boynecountrysports.com or contacting our customer service team directly at 1-844-228-4080. Our team is standing by to assist Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. Further instructions will be provided.
Please send the un-used item(s) back to us at the address below, including original tags, original packaging, your packing slip and return authorization number. Boyne Country Sports reserves the right to decline a return request for item(s) that are not in a condition deemed acceptable.
The customer will be responsible for shipping the returned item(s) back to us prior to a refund being issued. Buyers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with product returns unless otherwise instructed by a member of our customer service team. However, we do not charge restocking fees.
Our team will process your return within 1-2 business days of the item(s) receipt. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. If an email address was supplied at the time of purchase, you will receive a refund confirmation notification via email.
It can take 7-10 business days for refunds to post back to the original method of payment. If BoyneRewards were applied to your order, the points will be posted back to your account and available for use within 24 hours.

How to return to your local Boyne Country Sports store:
You also have the convenience of returning your online order to your local Boyne Country Sports store. A return merchandise authorization number will not be needed. Please make sure the item(s) includes original tags, original packaging and/or accessories. You will also need a copy of your invoice, packing slip or order confirmation to process your return.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately our system is not set up to accept exchanges at this time; you will need to process a new transaction for the desired item(s) after the refund has been issued.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Please inspect your order in detail upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing parts or does not match our advertisement. Our customer service team will ensure any issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Swimwear & Intimates - for hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear is not eligible for return or exchange. Please ensure you select the correct size and style before completing checkout. All swimwear purchases are final.
- Perishable goods - (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products - (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods - (such as beauty products).
- Gift Cards - Boyne Resorts & Boyne Country Sports gift cards are non-returnable
