Did my order go through?
When an order is successfully placed you will receive an order confirmation email, pending an email address was supplied at the time the order was placed. Guest purchases where an email address was not supplied require follow up with our customer service team. If you logged into your Boyne Country Sports account prior to placing your order, you can click the account icon to view past purchases. If you placed a guest order and didn't receive or cannot locate your order confirmation email please contact our customer service team. Be sure to check spam or junk folders in the event your email client flagged the email as promotional, spam or junk.
For past online order receipts please contact our customer service team with your order number. If the order was placed in-store then please contact the store you visited directly. Store contact information can be found on our Store Locator page.
