How do I resolve a shipping related order issue?

Experiencing an issue with your shipment? If you supplied an email address at the time of purchase you will receive notifications when your order ships and when it has been delivered. Each notification contains your unique tracking number that can be monitored online at UPS.com/track.

Need further assistance with your shipment? Please reach out to our customer service team Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. Please have your order or tracking number handy. If you experience a shipping related issue over the weekend, our team will respond the following Monday. We strive to resolve all order related issues within 1 business day. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee weekend deliveries.

Orders that have yet to be shipped can be modified or cancelled in most circumstances. Unfortunately once the order ships our options are limited. Packages can be intercepted, returned to us or delivered to an alternate address for a small fee. Shipments in-transit can also be intercepted and forwarded to a local UPS pickup facility near you free of charge. For any order related issue we recommend reaching out to our team as quickly as possible to catch order issues prior to shipment. Our Help Center can provide additional information.
