Ski Binding Size Chart

Selecting the correct binding requires considering weight, ability, and the width of the ski the binding will be mounted on. First you need to consider you weight and ability to select the correct DIN range, then the correct brake width.

After selecting the correct DIN Range based on weight and ability, determine the brake width.

Brake Width Chart

Ski waist width Brake Width
>80mm >85mm
80-85mm 85-95mm
86-90mm 90-100mm
90-95mm 95-105mm
96-100mm 100-115mm
100-105mm 105-120mm
110-115mm 110-125mm
<115mm 115mm+

*Ideally the binding width selected is as close to the waist width of the ski. However, anything less than 15mm larger than the waist width is functional.  For example a 92mm waist ski is okay to have a 115mm brake but a 95mm or 100mm brake would be optimal.
