Tubbs Glacier Tweener Recreational Snowshoe

The Glacier is sure to please “tweeners” headed on adventures with the family. This snowshoe has a tight frame shape to accommodate a narrower stance, as well as a fixed toe cord to help the snowshoes stay close underfoot, providing improved maneuverability through the snow. The classic tubular frame design with Soft-Tec™ decking provides ample flotation in deeper snow. For traction needed on various terrain and snow conditions, the Glacier features a Recreational toe and heel crampon.

FIT - STEP™ FRAME: The innovative, upturned tail of the aluminum Fit-Step™ frame provides biomechanical benefits, reducing musculoskeletal impact on hip, knee and ankle joints by 10%.
FIXED TOE CORD ARTICULATION SYSTEM: The Fixed Toe Cord pivot system is e ̃cient for flat and rolling terrain with packed snow conditions, and it keeps the snowshoe close to the foot for quick turnover.
QUICKPULL™ BINDING: An intuitive forefoot strap on the QuickPull™ binding cinches easily and unlocks with one buckle push. The pivoting toe stop allows for speedy adjustments, and Control Wings™ keep your heel aligned.
RECREATIONAL CRAMPONS: Our Recreational series of carbon steel toe and heel crampons feature front and rear braking teeth for secure uphill, downhill, and sidehill grip on packed snow conditions.
