Description

Considered a lighter version of the Jester, the Griffon 13 provides younger and lighter skiers with the same features making the Griffon one of the most versatile freeride bindings in existence. The new Triple Pivot Elite toe with Inter Pivot 3 freeride heel was built for advanced to expert freeskiers. Both features are lighter and stiffer than previously and deliver better edge grip and control. Sole.ID technology allows the skier to adjust the binding for either touring or alpine boot sole norms. The Griffon 13 features no-pull-out screws and centralized swing weight, ideals conditions for spins and twist. Markers Griffon 13 is packed with features made for advanced to expert level skiers.

FEATURES

  • SOLE.ID - Height-adjustable gliding plate allows binding to be compatible with alpine (ISO 5355), touring (ISO 9523) and GripWalk soles
  • AFD Grinding Plate - a moveable anti friction device supports a precise release almost entirely unhindered by dirt, snow and ice. Adjustment to the area of application enhance optimized functionality - for racing, for children’s bindings or on ski tours
  • Anti-Ice Rail - the metal rail allows you to scratch off ice and snow below your boot sole
  • Inter-Pivot 3 Freeride Heel - offers improved power transmission, energy absorption and vertical heel elasticity combined with an improved step in comfort
  • Triple Pivot Elite Toe - toe construction with DIN/ISO up to 13 allows for impressive retention when freeriding. A sole plate inclined by 5° it provides the higher energy absorption so as to reduce the risk of early release
